TRANSITION PROGRAM
The Transition Program is designed to teach skills to students with disabilities to prepare for whatever the future holds for them after high school. Program activities take place in the classroom and within the school building with the goal of students acquiring skills for daily living, academic and social aspects.

Options include further education, specialized training, employment, maintaining a home and becoming actively involved in the community. As students progress, students fine-tune their work activities, determine job preferences and have to learn to work with growing independence.
