Revealing the Champion in All of Us
Odessa R-VII School District stands together with our Athletes to build a better tomorrow.. Together, we can wrap around our students and athletes to create space for each of us to grow and build a Unified Community.
MO Special Olympics Mission is…
...to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
“Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”
SPECIAL OLYMPICS ATHLETES’ OATH
In the 2023-2024 school year, we will continue to Dream Big to include a Unified Prom and more vocational opportunities for our students with special needs. With your help and support, we can bring those dreams to life. -Elizabeth Fagre, Director of Special Services |
