Congratulations to MR. ROB WAIBEL.  He has been chosen as the February “COMMUNITY CHAMPION” award winner for the Odessa R-VII School District.  Coach Waibel is a lifelong educator and has been a supporter of the Odessa School District and its students since the late 80’s.  He served the district as a teacher and administrator for many years. In his retirement, he has always said yes to come back and work with students, sit on committees, and provide positive input.

On behalf of the Odessa School District community, thank you Rob Waibel for being a true “Community Champion” to our district.
