Morgan Schaberg Receives "Making A Difference" Award

Congratulations to OMS Process Coordinator, Morgan Schaberg, for being chosen as the February “MAKING A DIFFERENCE” award recipient for the Odessa R-VII School District. The District is excited to honor staff members who go above and beyond the call of duty through the "Making a Difference" recognition program!  Each month during the school year either a certified or classified employee will be honored for their part in implementing our district mission of preparing each student for a successful future. 

Rhonda's peers made the following comments about how she makes a difference:

• She has excelled in her new role of Process Coordinator by supporting the building Special Education Staff, managing outside placed students, and taking a lead role in the Odessa Special Olympic track meet.

• Her knowledge and leadership has been vital for new staff as well as veteran staff.

• She is always smiling and always appears happy.

She always has a positive attitude and a passion for doing a great job, and a heart to serve students, she MAKES A DIFFERENCE for everyone she comes in contact with everyday.
