Odessa R-VII Welcomes New Superintendent

Mr. Robert C. Brinkley will begin duties as Superintendent of the Odessa R-VII Schools for the 2010-2011 School year on July 1, 2010.

Mr. Brinkley, a native of Milan, Missouri, served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Tipton R-VI School District  for the past three years. He has previous administrative and educational experience in the Brookfield R-II School District, Milan C-II School District and Scotland County R-I School District. Mr. Brinkley received his Bachelors degree from Missouri Valley College, Masters degree from Truman State University and Specialist degree from William Woods University.

He and his wife, Elane, have two grown children, Courtney and Marcus. The Brinkley family will be relocating to the district.
